Our Wild-Caught USA Scallops are IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) and packed on board, some of the largest scallops available, and offer a simply delicious taste.
We refrain from adding water to preserve them; any moisture present is natural to the scallops. Simply pat them dry with a paper towel or allow them to air dry for a while after opening.
These scallops are sizable enough to sear on their own yet versatile enough to pair with rice or pasta. They're an excellent addition to any surf & turf dish.
